YS Jagan Continues Padayatra Despite Illness
Leader of the Opposition in Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly and YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, came down with fever, cold and headache. However, he continued his mass contact initiative, Praja Sankalpa Yatra in West Godavari district
.At the end of the padayatra on Tuesday, doctors examined him and advised him rest for three days. General Secretary of the party Talasila Raghuram, said that the mass leader was affected by sunstroke on account of walking in the heat for long spells every day. YS Jagan, however, decided to continue his walkathon on day 176.
The YSRCP chief resumed his Praja Sankalpa Yatra this morning despite his ill health. YS Jagan started off his mass outreach programme from Kopparru. The Praja Sankalpa Yatra will cover Likithapoodi before reaching Saripalli where he will break for lunch. The AP Leader of Opposition will continue his walkathon post lunch towards Chinnamamidipalli, Narsapuram before halting at Steemer Road, where YS Jagan will retire for the night.
