Telugu Movies Cash in On Overseas Deals

Telugu movies which are currently on floors have already struck a deal with overseas distributors. There are a few upcoming films which are likely to release later this year.

NTR, who is currently busy with the shoot of forthcoming flick Aravindha Sametha which is being helmed by Trivikram Srinivas. Recently, the makers of the movie unveiled the first look poster of the film which has received a thumping response from fans and audiences. After the first look poster, expectations are riding high on this film. NTR's Aravindha Sametha overseas deal is said to be Rs 11 Cr.

Sailaja Reddy Alludu: The film features Naga Chaitanya and Anu Emmanuel in lead roles. Currently, the shoot of the film is going on at brisk space. It is directed by Maruthi Dasari who shot to fame with Mahanubhavudu. Veteran actor Ramya Krishna will appear in significant roles in the film. According to sources, Sailaja Reddy Alludu overseas deal is Rs 3 Crore.

Sharwanand-Sudheer Varma: The untitled film is currently on floors and nearing completion. An overseas deal which is said to be a whopping Rs 3 Cr has raised eyebrows. That Sharwanand's yet to be titled flick has already created so much buzz among cine-buffs is a big deal.

Savyasaachi: It is one of the most awaited films of the year starring Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. The film is being helmed by Chandoo Mondeti of Karthikeya and Premam fame. Actually, the filmmakers had planned to release the film on May 25 but they have been pushed the film to June. As of now, the makers haven't made any official announcement about the release date of the film. Naga Chaitanya's Savyasacchi overseas deal is said to be Rs 3.25 Cr.
