Section 144 At Gannavaram Airport

Vijayawada: Vijayawada City Police Commissioner Gautam Savang has issued orders for implementing Section 144 at Gannavaram airport. These orders have been placed keeping in view the security concerns at the airport as well as rush of VIPs traveling to and from the city. The orders would be in force from today till July 5, for 55 days in all. The restrictions would be placed at airport and nearby areas.

The Police Commissioner made it clear that any kind of protests would not be allowed and all gatherings stood banned.
