New look for TDP flag

New look for TDP flag - Sakshi Post

Telugu Desham Party made few changes to its party flag. These changes came to light in Mahanadu flags. While most of the leaders are unaware of this change, the new flags were seen every where in city for TDP's annual conclave.

The new look of the flag changed the bright yellow colour to bit golden shade yellow and the hut, plough and wheel got shifted to the top left of the flag. The colours green and red from plough and wheel became border lines in bottom of the flag.
The earlier flag was designed by Nandamuri Tarakarama Rao, founder of TDP and was unveiled when he launched the party on March 29 in 1982. When launching the party, NTR explained that his party will stand by Workers, farmers and poor all the time and representing the same a wheel, plough and Hut was used in party flag. During his election campaign 'Chaithanya Ratham' in Nizamabad's Bichukunda NTR announced that his party symbol will be cycle. Since then the party flag and symbol remained same.
TDP cheif Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh in recent times became vivid follower of 'Vasthu' and 'future predictions'. Party office NTR Bhavan, his house in Jubliee Hills and his rented house were made changed according to Vastu. It seems that this new look is fruit of these beliefs. According to sources, Nara Lokesh plays vital role in new changes in party flag.
