New Guntur DC Kidambi Srikanth Takes Office 

The Andhra Pradesh government recently appointed Indian shuttler Kidambi Srikanth as the District Collector of Guntur. Kidambi receieved his appointment letter from Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu recently. Srikanth earned this post following his winning performances in several tournaments. After taking charge as District Collector of Guntur, Kidambi Srikanth said that his first love would remain badminton.

It may be recalled that PV Sindhu took charge at the office of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) in August last year.
