New CBI chief: Venkaiah slams Congress
Senior BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu hit out at the Congress for changing the rules of independent bodies like CBI. The appointment of the new CBI chief has raised doubts, he alleged.
The appointment of CVC, EC and attacks on CAG clearly reflects Congress' culture, he said in Hyderabad on Saturday. Venkaiah Naidu also said that he had no qualms in backing a no-confidence motion against Congress. He also emphasized that he was very much with the people opposing FDI in retail.
