NBW against Balram Naik, Rajaiah
A court in Warangal issued a non bailable warrant against Union minister of state for social justice Balram Naik and Siricilla MP Rajaiah on Thursday for failing to appear before the court in a case relating to alleged violation of election rules.
The court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against them for not attending the session in connection with Election Code violation case during 2012 by polls.
