COVID-19: Total Number Crosses 10,000 Mark In India

The spread of deadly coronavirus is increasing in the country. As per the reports, the number of corona positive cases in India stood at 10,453. But, according to the Union Health Ministry, the total confirmed cases are 9,352 as of Monday. The death toll due to coronavirus has risen to 324. In the last 24 hours, a total of 51 deaths have been reported. The number of active cases reported so far is 8048 and 980 people have been recovered.

The highest number of deaths reported in Maharashtra. The five worst-hit states with coronavirus are Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The number of deaths reported in Maharastra is 149 and then followed by Madhya Pradesh at 43, Delhi at 24, Gujarat at 26 and Telangana at 16.

According to the Ministry of Health, the number of corona positive cases in Maharastra is 1985 and then followed by Delhi at 1176, Tamil Nadu at 1075, Rajasthan at 804, Madhya Pradesh at 604 and Telangana at 562.
