Hearing on Ayodhya Case To End Tomorrow

Justice Ranjan Gogoi who is the Chief Justice of India said that Wednesday would be the 40th and the last day for the hearing of in the case of the Ram Mandir- Babri Masjid land title dispute. This he announced on Tuesday.

On Tuesday's Hearing in the Supreme Court, Justice Gogoi said, "Today is 39th day. Tomorrow is 40th day and last day of hearing in the case."

Justice Gogoi along with the five-judge bench had been listening to the appeals that haveb challenged the 2010 Allahabad High Court verdict, which ordered equal division of the 2.77-acre of disputed land in Ayodhya among the Sunni Waqf Board, the Nirmohi Akhara and the Ram Lalla. The 16th-century Babri Masjid was demolished on December 6, 1992.

The Top Court had said that the hearing in this case would be wraped up by October 17, a day earlier that it was to happen. The judgement is most likely to be passed on November 7-4
