SBI Now Offers EMI Facility Debit On Card

Hyderabad: State Bank of India On Monday, October 7 announced that the EMI facility will be made available on debit cards for all the existing users.

SBI Chairman Rajneesh Kumar said that SBI debit cardholders can avail the EMI for a minimum period of six months to 18 months.

Customers can buy products from more than 40,000 trading complexes and businesses across the country, have the option of purchasing goods and making payments in monthly installments (EMIs).

To avail, the EMI debit card users will not be required to pay any processing and documentation fees. The facility is available in just one minute, regardless of the account balance in the savings account. The EMIs payment begins a month after the transaction is completed and all the customers with enhanced credit history can avail of this EMI facility.

Customers can check if they are eligible for availing of the EMI by sending an SMS DCEMI to 567676 toll-free number.
