SC For Law To Check Road Accidents

The Supreme Court of India has delivered another landmark judgement to reduce the number of road accidents occurring every year. According to the new section 304(A) the punishments are going to be rigorous.if minors driving without the required driver’s license, are cause for an accident, death of others due to over speeding and also with out a valid driver’s license are liable to booked under the new law. They are to be sent to remand immediately.
To parents and relatives who prefer giving two wheeler to the kids from now it is going to be tough. The girl or boy without a valid license are cause for the accident then the parents are going to be booked under the law. If drunk and driving causes death then vehicle’s registered owner will be also booked.The person who caused the accident, the one who sold it with out proper registration are also liable for punishment.
Prior to this law only the person who drove it during the accident was liable and bail was sanctioned immediately.If convicted then a two year jail term was given. But with the new law in vogue and both the driver, and owner of the vehicle are going to be arrested.
There has been a consistent rise in the number of road accidents in the past three years. To stop such incidents the supreme court has taken up the move. Driving without a proper driver’s license,drunk and driving,negligent driving leading to the death of innocents are all now going to be considered deemed intentional acts, as in a murder says police.Vehicle driver’s should posses the license compulsorily.. All the vehicles which are being sold should go through the registration process. If not in any case of accident the owners are liable for punishment, police added
To check the increasing rate of accidents government has taken such a step. Many innocent people have lost their lives because of negligent driving by others. Accidents happen and people die but the causers get out of the case easy. Stern action has been initiated by government to curb the number of accidents.

People who cause accidents are now liable for harsh punishments. Parents and relatives who encourage minors, drunk and driving leading to accidents now shall be considered acts done intentionally.
