Nara Lokesh to play fire-fighter

Is Chandrababu's son Nara Lokesh playing the fire fighter in the TDP's internecine squabbles?
After the sqabbles in Krisha district's TDP unit came to the fore, Lokesh has stepped in and held talks with the warring sections.

He reportedly told them to shun differences and work together.
It may be recalled that Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani came down heavily on Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao's autocratic style of functioning. He said the minister was not taking other leaders into confidence. Even senior leaders like Kagita Venkat Rao, Vallabhaneni Vamsi and Mandali Buddha Prasad are keeping aloof from party affairs in view of Uma's style of fuctioning.
In another incident, former MLA Yelamanchili Ravi strongly criticised MLA Gadde Rammohan over allocation of shops in Rythu Bazaar. This again has brought to fore the internal dissensions in the TDP.
However, TDP watchers say it is likely that the leaders with decades of experience in politics will not pay heed to what Lokesh says. Some TDP watchers feel that the whole issue of dissensions and the Lokesh-sponsored patch-up could be a ploy to highlight the importance of Lokesh in the party. Already, Lokesh is incharge of the party's trusts and fund management. Is this a ploy to position Lokesh as a chief interlocuter between the supreme leader and the cadre, TDP specialists ask.
