Nani's Awe opened in theatres last week and ever since the film has been receiving rave reviews from critics and audiences. Awe is a refreshing film. Refreshing in the sense that all the lead actors in the film have given their best—top-notch performance. Nani is seen as a human fish for which he has lent his voice. Ravi Teja, on the other hand has lent his voice to a tree. The story of Awe is narrated by these two things—a fish and a tree. People have loved all the three gorgeous actresses— Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen and Regina Cassandra have delivered stellar performances in the film.

Nani's Awe is the first film of this year to have become a massive hit in the opening weekend itself. The film has crossed the half-million mark at the USA box office. The film is facing tough competition from Varun Tej's Tholi Prema and Naga Shourya's Chalo.

The best part is that the film's running to packed theatres even on week days. The positive word of mouth seemed to be working in the movie's favour. It's worth mentioning here that neither Nani nor the makers of the movie have done any promotions for the movie. But the hype which trailer and teaser have created are helping to fetch more numbers at the box office.
