Nani Cancels Presser After CM’s Telephone Call
Lying low ever since the attack on the Transpost department officials, including transport commissioner Subrahmanyam, TDP MP and bus baron Kesineni Nani on Friday organised a press conference. It was widely expected that he would announce forefeiting the permits issued by the department. However, moments before the presser, Nani got a call from Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and rushed to meet him. The presser was put off indefinitely.
Nani was upset ever since he was made to apologise along with MLA Bonda Uma to the transport officials for their high handed attitude. Uma was clearly seen pushing the security guard of the commissioner. To prevent damage, Chandrababu asked him and Uma to apologise. Since then, Nani was sulking and on Friday, he called a press meet.
Nani reportedly told his acolytes that there would be no change in his decision despite meeting the CM.
