Nampally court hears Jagan's grouse against CBI - Sakshi Post


The hearing of the arguments on a memo filed by Kadapa MP and YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy against the CBI  began in the Nampally court today.

Jagan had filed a memo against the CBI contending that it was neither considering the Supreme Court's directive not following its orders.

The YSRCP president has mentioned in his petition that CBI is intentionally delaying the investigation.

On the other hand, the Nampally court will also take up Vijay Sai Reddy's petition against the CBI that it is not acting as per the Supreme Court order with regard to filing of chargesheets with respect to cases against him.

It is learnt that Vijay Sai Reddy, in his his petition appealed to the court for a single trial for the five chargesheets.
