Naidu looks for ways to strengthen party

TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu during his 'Vastunna Meekosam' Padayara in Guntur, met several leaders from Chittoor district on Sunday.

It is learnt that Naidu discussed the political situation in his home district. It may be recalled here that the popular leaders of TDP in Chittoor district, have already switched their loyalties and joined the YSRCP. Miffed with the developments and decreasing population in the party, Naidu asked about the situation in Chittoor. It is also learnt that a worried Naidu is also working out strategies to strengthen the party.

The TDP chief postponed the TDP dharna which was scheduled tomorrow in Guntur district due to the unseasonal rains that have lashed the state over the last two days.
