Naidu is frustrated, says Ambati
Taking strong objection to TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu’s remark that the YSR Congress party would merge with Congress, YSRCP spokesperson Ambati Rambabu today strongly refuted the reports of any such possibility and said it is the TDP which has had a secret tie-up with the Congress.
Stating in Hyderabad that the TDP is in third position in the State and would continue to remain as it had completely lost public support, he said Naidu was only trying hard to come to the second position. He (Naidu) is using his padayatra only to cast aspersions against his political rivals. "The sanctity of the padayatra is thus lost," Ambati observed.
Talking to mediapersons, the YSRCP leader said that Naidu's behavior and his repeated allegations amply reflected the fact that the TDP is scared of the YSRCP. Ambati also alleged that Naidu is trying to create confusion among the people as he cannot face the force of YSRCP. He said TDP leader Dadi Veerabhadra Rao's recent statement was evident that the party and its leaders are in a desperate mood. They would not succeed in their efforts to win the people's trust even if they try to project YSRCP in poor light.
