My ambition is to see Jagan as CM, says Konatala

My ambition and desire is that YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy should become Chief Minister and people should get benefited,  said Konatala Ramakrishna, YSRCP leader.

It was his responsibility to respect his party president’s decision; otherwise anybody should set himself aside by saying namasthe, Konatala said.

Talking to reporters on Tuesday, Konatala said he joined YSRCP with the affection he had with late YSR. Stating that no party would survive for long if it failed to consider the opinion of its cadre, he said he came from a background of movements for people’s cause not by back door entry.

However, he said entry of Dadi Veerabhadra Rao into the party was an internal affair and in democracy we should not speak anything anywhere in political parties. It was common in any party and he had never got influenced by anything in politics. When the situation reached its peak, then we can think of it, he added.

He cautioned that some leaders would join party only to do covert activities and advised the party leadership to be careful while inviting such people into the party. Referring to Dadi, he said he has no need to hear other’s words as it was his party.  Condemning the rumours that he was meeting Jagan during mulakhat, Konatala said one should know the attitude of such people (who are spreading rumours).
