Mother jumps into canal with 2 kids, dies
A woman allegedly committed suicide by jumping into a canal along with her two children at Tummapala under Anakapalli mandal of Vishakhapattanam district on Monday, reports said.
The deceased identified as Lakshmidevi (38), Madhu (9) and Rama (5). Police suspect a family dispute to be the reason behind the suicide.
They said that all the three drowned by the time when neighbors reached the spot to rescue them. Their bodies are yet to be fished out.
