Most wanted thief, Chenchu Lakshmi arrested

Hyderabad, Police, on Wednesday caught one of the most wanted thieves, Chenchu Lakshmi, in Hyderabad.
According to reports, Chenchu Lakshmi is accused in a number of theft cases. Rajender Nagar police arrested her on Wednesday and recovered 110 grams gold from her.
Approximately 50 cases have been registered against her in the twin cities. She has robbed many houses in Rajender Nagar and Shamshabad area, police said. After being arrested, she alleged that the police was maligning her and that she was not a thief.
