Mopidevi loyalists join YSR Congress party
Staunch supporters of former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana, Sakhamuri Narayana Prasad and former ZPTCs and MPTCs joined YSR Congress party on Thursday.
They joined the YSRCP in the presence of party honorary president YS Vijayamma.
Expressing anguish over Congress party's stand on Mopidevi, his brothers and several supporters quit Congress party and had announced their decision to join YSRCP yesterday. (Also Read)
It's a known fact that Mopidevi is lodged at the Chanchalaguda jail since the time of his arrest in connection with Vanpic case.
