Mohan Babu, Ambareesh offer prayers at Tirumala

Tollywood actor Mohan Babu and Kannada actor-turned-politician Ambareesh offered prayers at the Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirumala during the VIP break darshan on Tuesday.

Temple authorities arranged for their stay and darshan, it is learnt.

Talking to reporters after offering prayers, Mohan Babu said: "Seemandhra people have come to the streets over Telangana issue. When Telangana and Seemandhra are like my two eyes, how can I celebrate Vinayaka Chaturthi?"

Heavy crowd gathered at the temple premises to catch a glimpse of the collection king.
