MLA predicts radical changes in AP post-Sharmila’s Padayatra

Ananthapur Legislator and YSR Congress party senior leader Gurunadha Reddy today predicted radical changes in the political spectrum of Andhra Pradesh after late YSR daughter Sharmila’s ongoing Padayatra is completed.

“Already the ruling Congress and the main Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) have begun feeling the heat of the overwhelming response to Sharmila’s Padayatra. It is only a day since she has begun her exercise. Sensing the unprecedented response, both the Congress and the TDP are already pushed into self-defense,” he added.
Terming TDP president Chandrababu Naidu’s Padayatra as a politically-motivated one, the MLA said that Sharmila is undertaking the mission to have a first hand information on the problems being encountered by the people of all the regions in the State. There is absolutely no comparison between the exercise undertaken by Sharmila and the one taken up by Naidu. No doubt, the Congress and the TDP will be wiped out of the political scene once Sharmila completes her Padayatra,” he maintained.
