MLA Begins Padayatra For YS Jagan’s Victory In 2019 Polls

Guntur: Wishing a victory for YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the 2019 Assembly polls, Narasaraopeta MLA Gopireddy Srinivas Reddy began a padayatra from here on Saturday to the hill shrine of Tirumala.

The padayatra was flagged off by YSRCP's senior leader Umareddy Venkateshwarulu. Speaking on the occasion, Srinivas Reddy said that YSRCP will gain a landslide victory in the 2019 elections and party chief YS Jagan is sure to assume chief ministership of the state. He appealed to people from all sections of the society to join the padayatra and make it a grand success.

Around 150 people will walk with Srinivas Reddy during the journey. The team is expected to reach Tirumala in 13 days time covering an average of 30 kilometers per day.

Former minister Botsa Satyanarayana, MLA Pineli Ramakrishna Reddy, MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, senior leaders Kona Raghupathi, Mohd Mustafa, Alla Ayodhya Ramireddy, Marri Rajasekhar and Ambati Rambabu were present during the inauguration of the padayatra.
