MLA Balineni's supporters push police back
YSR Congress Party MLA Balineni Srinivasa Reddy who recently quit his MLA post to protest over Congress' attitude towards Telangana was conducting a rally in Ongole on Friday.
Scores of supporters extended their support to the YSR MLA's rally to protest against the decision of Congress.
The police were in for a shock when they attempted to take Balineni into their custody. Soon as the police put Balineni into their van and were ready to move, scores of Samaikyandra activists and the MLA's supporters obstructed the vehicle from moving ahead. This attitude of people puzzled the police as it was most unexpected.
