Miyapur court grants bail to Ravi Teja's brother

In a relief to Telugu actor Ravi Teja's brother Bharath, the Miyapur court on Tuesday granted the actor bail, hours after he was taken into police custody when he created a ruckus in an inebriated state in Madhapur premises.

High drama prevailed in Madhapur premises after Bharath, created a ruckus in an inebriated state in the wee hours of Tuesday.

According to reports, Bharath allegedly in an inebriated state, misbehaved and abused the police on the road who reached there, after being notified of Bharath's behavior, for nearly thirty minutes. Unable to tolerate such a behavior, the police took Bharath into custody.  Later, he was shifted to Miyapur police station.

It is learnt that after a breath analyser test, the police found that he had consumed alcohol beyond the permissible limit. 

As per reports, he has been booked under IPC Section 353 (not allowing a public servant to perform his duty), and will be produced before the Miyapur court today.

This is not the first time, Bharath is having a run in with the law. Previously, he, along with a Nigerian convict was arrested in a drug scandal.
