A police cop accidentally misfired a gun at himself that lead to his death.  While talking the from his colleague hand he misfired it. This mishap took place in Gangaparthi Railway quarters in vishaka district on  Sunday May 3.

Dharmana Musalayya working as a RPF head constable left  to work on Sunday morning at the Deputy commanders house, the mishap took place when he tried taking the gun from KC Pradhan his colleague. While Musalayya was spot dead the misfiring also left an other constable injured. Mallikarjun who was also present at the site of misfiring was seriously injured and admitted into Seven Hills hospital. The police have registered a case and are probing into it.
