Miscreants shoot down YSRCP activist

Unidentified miscreants fired at a tractor showroom and killed YSRCP leader Boggavarapu Srisaila Vasu at Nandigama in Krishna district on Tuesday.

Boggavarapu Srisaila Vasuwas a member of the Congress National Steel Council. He died on the spot.

The reason for the firing is not yet known. The police officials reached the spot and began investigations. They are also trying to ascertain whether the firing took place due to old rivalry.

The body of Vasu was sent for post-mortem.
