Miscreants attack lover couple, kill one

In a shocking incident, a youth died and his girl friend suffered injuries as two miscreants attacked them with sharp-edged weapons on Wednesday.

The incident was reported from Narasaraopeta in Guntur. The deceased has been identified as Anji Naik and the injured girl as Swathi.
The miscreants initially demanded for money and gold and attacked them with the weapons when they were about to give.
The couple were returning from Kotappakonda temple at the time of the incident.
They first met at Srisailam and fell in love. Swathi is studying in Maddirala of Chilakaluripeta while Anji was from Prakasam.
