Miraculous Escape for Six People at Kailasagiri Ropeway

The cause of the fall has been blamed on one of the hooks that holds the cable car to the overhanging cables. The injured, all natives of Secunderabad, have been identified as Ashish Kumar (38), R Sujana (33), Alekya (24), R Manisha (19), Yachika Sagar (6) and Shiyakondal (6). The alert staff at the rope way immediately stopped the cable cars that were following the ill-fated cable car. The cable car fell a few meters away from the starting point, the staff said and added that had the cable car moved further ahead and then fell there would have been loss of lives.
