Minister hoists National flag upside down

The Prakasam district formation day celebrations in Ongole were marred by Transport Minister Sidda Raghava Rao hoisting the National flag upside down.
The officials soon realised this and brought down the flag and hoisted it again in the right way. The minister was angry at the subordinate staff for their negligence.
