Medak : Two Sarpanch nominees killed in road mishap
Two persons were killed and fifteen others injured in a road accident near Yellareddipeta village in Medak district on Thursday. They members were returning after filing nomination for Sarpanch post at the time of mishap.
The DCM van in which they were traveling overturned while they were returning killing two on the spot. The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital. An air of gloom prevailed over the region following the death of two people.
A case has been registered. More details awaited.
