Medak School Bus Mishap: Death toll rises to 21

The death toll in the Masaipet train-bus crash increased to 21 with one more child succumbing at a private hospital on Thursday.

Dhanush Goud died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

20 students died and several others suffered severe injuries when a school bus was hit by Nanded Passenger train at an unmanned railway level crossing in Masaipet village of Medak. All the students belong to Kakatiya Techno School in Toopran and the incident occurred at around 9am. As many as 19 students were critically injured and were shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment.
