Married woman gang-raped, husband thrashed in Vizag
A married woman was gang-raped allegedly by two men and her husband was beaten up at Chakaligadda, near Kancherapalem in Visakhapatnam, the police said on Friday.
According to the complaint lodged by the victim, two men forcibly dragged her to the bushes and raped her in front of her husband, after beating him black and blue. After the crime, the culprits abandoned her and fled.
The victim fell unconscious and came back to her senses after sometime and filed a complaint with police of Kancherlapalem police station. Her husband was seriously injured in the incident. Police have registered a case and launched a manhunt for two men.
