Marital discord: Man slits wife's throat

A family dispute ended horrifically for a young couple in Guntur.

Meda Srinivasa Rao allegedly killed his wife Siva Nagendram by slitting her throat with a sharp weapon at their residence on Saturday. This shocking incident took place at Namburu village of Pedakakani mandal in Guntur.
According to the police, the family disputes drove the man to kill her. The couple have two children.
Police registered a case and began investigation.
