Man Shoots Wife With Air Gun

Hyderabad: A man shot and critically wounded his wife with an air gun at Goudivelli village in Medchal district late on Monday night.

The man identified as Singireddy Venkat Reddy shot her at his farm house. The victim, Shirisha, was rushed to KIMS hospital on Minister's Road where doctors managed to remove the embedded bullets. She is stated to be out of danger.

Meanwhile, police recovered two air guns from the farm house. Accused Venkat Reddy has been taken into custody.
