Man Sets Himself Ablaze And Embraces Girl

An accused in a case set himself on fire, and then tried to hug a girl who is a witness in the case, in Chhindwara of Madhya Pradesh.

The man, Navneet Junghare, is an accused in a harassment case. He was accused of sharing an objectionable picture of a girl. On Thursday, the man arrived at a hotel in Sausar town of Chhindwara district and set himself ablaze. He then proceeded to hug the girl who was a witness in the case. The girl was waiting at the hotel to celebrate her birthday with her friends. The hotel staff, on hearing the screams of the girl, doused the flames by pouring buckets full of water. Navneet and the girl were rushed to a nearby hospital. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
