Man Kills Wife, Tries to Show it as Suicide

Guntur: An ex-Army employee killed his wife when she refused to sell her property for his luxuries in Nizam Patnam on Saturday.25-year-old Lenin married Sheelam Suryagautami (20) against the wishes of his parents when he was working in the Army. He gifted 50 cents of land to wife as it was a love and inter-caste marriage. However, later he had deserted his job and got addicted to lavish lifestyle. He forced Suryagautami to sell the land and give him money for his luxuries, but she refused. After a few days of pestering, he finally killed her and tried to show it as a suicide. However, the police arrested him after the victim's father filed a case against Lenin.
