Man Kidnaps Wife, Daughter From In-Laws’ House

Hyderabad: A man forcefully took away his wife and their five-month-old daughter from his in-laws' house on Saturday night at Borabanda. On a complaint by the woman's parents, police launched a manhunt to nab the man.

The woman eloped with her neighbor Satish when she a class 10 student in February 2015. A few months later the girl returned with a baby to her parents’ house saying that they got married. But due to Satish’s ill treatment the girl along with her daughter started living in her parents house

SR Nagar inspector Md Waheeduddin said that Satish (23), a cab driver, visited his in-law's house around 10.30pm along with his five aides in an Indica car and took away his wife and daughter despite their resistance. The woman's parents alerted the police immediately but the trio could not be traced.

Police seized the car on Sunday and arrested two aides of Satish who said that after kidnapping they dropped the trio at MGBS.

Police has filed a case against Satish under sections 363, 452 of the IPC and a manhunt is launched to arrest him and others.
