Man Held For Blackmailing Colleague With Morphed Pictures

Hyderabad: A 45 year-old man from Old Alwal was arrested for blackmailing his colleague with her morphed obscene pictures.
Accused V. Srinivasa Rao was working in Bengaluru and he started pressurizing a girl for sexual favors. As she rejected him, he morphed her pictures in an obscene way and sent them to her brother and father to malign her. On the complaint of the girl, the cyber crime police traced the culprit to the city and nabbed him from his house.
Two mobile phones and a laptop with obscene material were seized from the accused. He was produced before the 16th Metropolitan Magistrate's court in Miyapur and was sent for judicial remand.
