Mallu Beauty Nithya Menon To Play Savithri In Biopic

Hyderabad: Beautiful and expressive Mallu beauty Nithya Menon is all set to essay the role of Tollywood’s all-time great Savithri in a biopic on the yester-year actress.

Director Naga Ashwin, who wowed all with his debut film Yevade Subramanyam (2015), is planning this big project. Currently, script work is going on. Initially, Vidya Balan was considered for the role.

Now it turns out that Nithya is likely to play the role. Sources said the director had contacted her and narrated the story line. The film would be simultaneously produced in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam by Ashwini Dutt.
