Mahbubnagar tense after teacher's murder
Tension gripped Mahbubnagar district after a government school teacher was murdered.
According to reports, Julekha Begun, a teacher at Konamuru girls school was allegedly killed by unknown assailants at Newtown Venkateswara Nagar in Mahbubnagar town on Tuesday morning.
The assailants attacked the victim with acid and threw it in the victim's eyes before murdering her. The motive behind the murder is yet to be ascertained, police said. The police has registered a case and are investigating.
