Lokesh is de facto ruler!

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee chief and former minister Raghuveera Reddy on Tuesday accused that the TDP government in the state was being run as per the whims and wishes of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's son Lokesh.

Talking to mediapersons at Vizag on Tuesday, he said every file is moving as per the wishes of Lokesh and alleged that he had become an extra-constitutional authority. Citing an example, Raghuveera said Lokesh's close friend Seetapathi Abheeshta was appointed as an Officer of Special Duty (OSD) in the CM's office. This was violative of the rules and his only qualification is his proximity to Lokesh. He said all the ration coupons issued to the Hudhud victims were given only to the TDP workers.
