A live gecko was found moving in patient’s ear canal

China: In a weird incident, a creepy animal - gecko was removed from a man's ear. The unidentified patient, suffering from earache went to First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University. To the dismay of the doctor, a live gecko was found moving in patient’s ear canal. To prevent further penetration of the creature, the doctor anesthetized the lizard and took it out using pliers. The incident took place on Tuesday at Guangzhou, Guangdong province, but the news has gone viral now.

Interestingly, the reptile which was pulled out didn’t have its tail. The doctor said that they never found the reptile’s tail and concluded that the animal must have lost it before it entered in to patient’s ear.
