Lion is a lion even in cage, says Sharmila

“Lion is a lion even captured in cage”, said Sharmila referring to her brother YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Addressing mammoth public meeting at Mangalagiri in Guntur district on Sunday as part of her 100 days of marathon "Maro Praja Prasthanam padayatra", Sharmila said meeting the people was not for records and it was to expose the misdeeds of the ruling Congress and the opposition party TDP.
She made a scathing attack against the Congress party high command for using CBI as a weapon for political vendetta against its rivals, who would raise a banner of revolt. When the atmosphere was in favour of her brother Jagan Mohan Reddy to get bail, the Congress party was moving its pawns to thwart the attempts. The Congress party’s mischief was continuing for the past two years, she lamented.
Recalling Union Minister Gulam Nabi Azad’s comments about Jagan Mohan Reddy, Sharmila said he would have been a minister or chief minister if he continued in Congress. Turning the guns at TDP chief Chandrababu, Sharmila said he was making all out efforts to keep Jagan in the jail as he was in close touch with Union Minister P Chidambaram. Supporting the Congress in the recently held no-trust motion was an indication for the hand in glove between Chandrababu – Chidambaram. Throwing a challenge, Sharmila asked the Congress party to face the election by suspending the nine MLAs who voted in favour of the motion.
She said fear gripped the Congress leaders as YSRCP would sweep the by-elections as it did in the previous by-polls. Exuding confidence on the people, she said it was sure that her brother Jagan would become chief minister in the next elections despite all the conspiracies and politics being played by the leaders of Congress and Telugu Desam party.
