Lady cheated with promise of marriage

People are being cheated by giving advertisements in matrimony portals in the country. The number of such people are increasing with day eventhough the police are taking so many steps to prevent the same.
A lady of Rajahmundry was cheated after she gave an advertisement in a matrimony portal.
Ramana kumari (40), a resident of Rajahmundry, gave an advertisement in a matrimony portal for a bridegroom. Vijaya Babu of Rajahmundry responded and contacted her for marriage. He took an amount of Rs.5 lakhs from her by promising her marriage. Both of them went to Hanuman Temple in Vijayawada. From there, he escaped her by telling lies. The unfortunate lady then realized that she was cheated.
The she started enquiring about Vijaya Babu. She came to know that Vijaya Babu was already married and he has two children too. She complained to the police and protested before the apartment where Vijaya Babu resided.
She clarified that she won’t move from the apartment till she got the justice in the matter.
