KVP moves High Court over FBI notice

Rajya Sabha MP K.V.P.Ramachandra Rao on Friday moved High Court of Andhra Pradesh over the red corner notice issued by USA’s Federal Bureau of Investigation in the titanium case.

The notice was issued by the FBI through Interpol.

As per the sources, Rao moved the court seeking the prevention of arrest in the case.

Some media reports suggest that CBI, the nodal agency for Interpol in India, told the CBCID of AP to take action on the MP based on the directions of the FBI.
