The home guards Chandan Singh and Inayatullah Khan, were on duty at Puranapul under Bahadurpura traffic police station. Chandan Singh saw the man fall off from his scooter following a cardiac arrest. He immediately rushed to the victim and gave CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). He was helped by a passerby motorist who is seen holding the victim, while Chandan did the CPR.
Though he was exhausted he continued to give him CPR for almost a minute and was happy when he saw the man get back into conscious. Meanwhile, the other home guard Inayatullah Khan managed the traffic flow on Puranapul so that there wouldn't be any traffic jams and called for an ambulance. Both these home guards are being highly appreciated over the social media.
