'Kothapalli Geetha submits fake documents'

Araku MP in Visakhapatnam district Kothapalli Geetha landed in another controversy.

YSRCP MLA Eswari said that the MP had submitted fake documents at the time of filing her nomination papers in the recent elections.

She made the allegations at a press meet in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Eswari complained to the state chief electoral officer Bhanwar Lal that Kothapalli Geetha is not a ST woman and so she requested an action on her.

The MLA alleged that Geetha made forged signatures in her nomination affidavit. She said that she got the copies of nomination papers of the MP through an RTI application.

Eswari reminded that Joint Collector Mangapati Rao submitted a report in the past stating that Geetha does not belong to ST community.

She said that the press meet is her personal and not related to her party.

Eswari challenged Geetha to resign for her post and contest again.
