Konatala joining Cong a hypothetical: Minister Ghanta

Minister Ghanta Srinivasa Rao on Wednesday ruled out YSRCP leader Konatala Ramakrishna joining Congress and said it was a hypothetical.

Even if he prepared to join, Congress was not ready to welcome him immediately, he said and added that a decision would be taken only after discussing with the party high command.
